Loretta commenced her studies and completed a Bachelor's of Business Studies (Honors) specialising in Management. Loretta is also Tier 1 qualified, ANZIIF (Affiliate) CIP . Loretta started her career in the Insurance Industry in 2009, in a Marine Underwriting processing role, with the then named Associated Marine (now Zurich) .

Loretta quickly progressed into a Marine Underwriting role within Zurich, where she was handling various Marine Insurance products and serviced a large broker region.

Loretta then moved from the Marine Insurance Underwriting role when she was offered an opportunity to apply her knowledge and skills in a Marine Insurance broking role. Loretta predominantly assisted large Logistics/ Transport providers with liability and cargo insurance solutions.

Loretta continued to gain vast experience in the specialised area of Insurance for Transport operators up until 2022, whereby she was offered a role at Australian Risk Applications as a Senior Account Executive.
