Technical Services Manager.

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in ICT to Australian Risk Applications and has been our technical service manager since the company began. He has used his strong expertise to design and deploy our technology resources and supporting infrastructure.

Mark began his career by completing his degree in computer science (BCSc) at Sydney University and was contracted by the CSIRO as a database developer. Since then, Mark has worked as a systems integrator / project manager, deploying countless LAN and WAN infrastructure projects within the financial, legal and manufacturing sectors.

Microsoft Azure, Exchange o365, VM-Ware, oDoo ERP, Product development, project management, database development, process control, system virtualisation and renewable energy solutions are just a few of his competencies.

Marks responsibilities within the company include resource consolidation, network design and security, remote access, data retrieval,

IP telephony, surveillance systems, cold-site management, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

His latest initiative is to achieve a carbon neutral certification for Austrisk P/L.
